If you are interested in sipping broths, looking to recover from the cold or flu, or want to boost your immune system, this is a great recipe for you! This is one of my personal favs and I drink it all winter long, use it in my other recipes and tend to make a big batch to freeze for later use!
This veggie broth is deeply healing, nutritious, full of minerals ANDDDDDDD has the ability to provide healing, cleansing, and nourishment all at the same time.

The ingredients in here carries lots of amazing properties such as antiviral, antibacterial, eliminating heavy metals, zinc and iron, reducing inflammation and boosting the immune system. Need I say more??
Healing Broth Recipe
4 Carrots
2 stalks of celery
2 onions
1 cup of parsley
1 cup of shiitake mushrooms
2 tomatoes
1 bulb of garlic- 6-8 cloves
1 inch of fresh ginger root
1 inch of fresh turmeric root
8 cups of water
Place all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for about an hour. Strain out all veggies for a healing broth to sip on or enjoy with the veggies for a soup.
